Carcassonne's city center is just a 10-minute walk away, so you can enjoy all the amenities within easy reach! Restaurants, food shops, mini-market. You'll be able to discover all the historical aspects of the City: the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the banks of the Aude, the Cathedral and Church, the old streets - you can do it all by car or on foot, depending on your level of fitness! Numerous events are on offer in summer (Festival de musique de la Cité, Férria) and during the festive season (Magie de Noël). In fine weather, you can cool off and spend the day at the aqualudic area or at Lake de la Cavayère, which is very lively in summer. On-site parking is private and secure. During your stay, you'll have access to a fully private terrace with a pergola, garden furniture and barbecue, and above all a fabulous Spa on the terrace to relax and unwind at any time of day and in any season. A second terrace at the rear of the Holiday cottage with access from one of the bedrooms is also private.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, comprising a living room with a sitting area (sofa, armchair and TV), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining table. A first bedroom with a 160 (2x80) bed and a second bedroom with a 140 bed. Separate bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate WC. Services included (bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning). Baby equipment on request. WIFI ACCESS.

une agréable semaine en pays Cathare
5/5Je recommande à 100 % cette petite pépite, proche de la gare et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre ville. La maison est agréable, confortable, bien décorée et ferait presque penser à un chez soi ! Petit coup de coeur pour la terrasse, ses nombreux fauteuils moelleux, et évidemment, le jacuzzi, intégrant de nombreuses options qui raviront petits et grands! Les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques et nous ont accueillis chaleureusement.

5/5Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Terrasse ist grandios und sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Das trifft auch auf die restliche Ausstattung zu. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage auf dem Hügel gegenüber der Cité hat den Vorteil, dass man nicht im allgemeinen Touristenrummel war. Neben dem Haus ist eine Schule. Da hört man während der Pausen die Kinder, was uns nicht störte. Mit dem Ebike war auch die kurze Steigung zwischen Canal du Midi und Bastide kein Problem. Merci beaucoup!

Le gîte a tout le confort qu'il faut et le petit plus du spa est vraiment top!

Samuel and family are great hosts. Always available for questions, but giving us privacy.
The gite is clean, stylish and equipped with everything. We had an amazing time in Carcasonne and will return one day.
