In Saint-Laurent-de-la-Cabrerisse, a typical Corbières wine-growing village, you'll stay in an environment branded by vines, garrigue and a remarkable heritage. Just a few minutes away, the Abbey of Lagrasse, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, invites you to discover its history and medieval streets. The landscapes of the Corbières are perfect for Hiking, while the Cathar castles bear witness to a strong and singular past. More widely, Narbonne and its Roman heritage, the Cité de Carcassonne, the Sigean African Reserve and the Mediterranean beaches offer great ideas for escapades throughout your stay. The Holiday cottage La Terrasse is a Semi-detached house on one level, located on a wine-growing estate close to the owners. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, it offers a quiet, comfortable setting, perfectly suited to a family vacation or Telework stay. The first floor is organized around a pleasant, bright living room, comprising a lounge with sofa and TV, and a fully-equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee maker. All this gives direct access to the terrace, making it easy to enjoy moments of conviviality between indoors and outdoors. The Holiday cottage also features reversible air conditioning, a washing machine and a separate toilet. The two bedrooms, all on the same level, each have their own private shower room, guaranteeing comfort and privacy: Bedroom 1: 160x200 bed, en-suite shower room, approx. 12 m2 Bedroom 2: two 90x200 beds, en-suite shower room, approx. 14 m2 Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden and a private terrace equipped with a gas barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. The shared outdoor swimming pool (8x4 m, depth 1.50 m), secured by barriers, is open from May to the end of September and offers beautiful views over the village and the garrigue. Leisure facilities include a ping-pong table, pétanque court and Kids' play area. Parking is available on site, in a private parking lot located inside the property.
