Located in Castelnaudary, in the heart of the Lauragais region, this maison de maitre welcomes you to a preserved environment.

Here, you'll enjoy a typical cassoulet setting, between the Mountain Noire and the Aude plain, an ideal starting point for discovering typical villages, the port of Bram, Cathar castles, medieval abbeys and the Saint Ferréol and Ganguise lakes.

This family home, on the edge of a farm, is surrounded by a 3-hectare park, a haven of freshness and calm, populated by birds.
At the far end of the house is your host's house (entrance separated by a hedge), and another small apartment with its own entrance and no access to the park or the Piscine, which is occupied from time to time.

The park: formal garden, labyrinth of centuries-old trees, meadows, shaded areas and relaxation areas. The private outdoor swimming pool (10.6m x 4.7m) is floodlit in the evening. You'll also enjoy a terrace with barbecue, as well as leisure facilities: petanque court, volleyball court, table tennis, and for Kids: large swing, sandpit, little house for kids on stilts among the trees.
