Located in Quillan, at an altitude of 300 meters, in the south of the Aude department, in the center of a mountainous cirque facing the 3 Quilles mountains, you'll enjoy beautiful views from the Holiday cottage.

The river Aude runs through the commune of Quillan, offering a wide range of white-water sports, or you can cool off at the Saint Bertrand leisure center with supervised swimming, just 2 km from the gîte. The starting point for many hiking, mountain biking and cycling tours. The 4-season resort of Camurac is 30 minutes away, as are the mountain lakes of Belcaire and Puivert.

Quillan is also at the crossroads of the Aude, Pyrénées Orientales and Ariège regions. The sites of Pays Cathare, Puivert, Lapradelle Puylaurens and Montségur are just a few kilometers away. In Axat, you can explore the fenouillèdes on the little red train. The Mediterranean beaches are 1h30 away.
