Located in Moussoulens, in the Aude department, La Rougeanne opens its doors to you in the heart of the Carcassonnais region, just a few minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne and the book village of Montolieu. Surrounded by vineyards, truffle fields and rolling countryside, you'll enjoy an authentic and peaceful setting, ideal for vacations with family or friends. This carefully restored detached house combines modern comfort with traditional charm. Accessible by a few steps, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster) which communicates with a convivial living room featuring a grand piano (Gaveau) and a relaxation area. A second TV and teleworking room completes this living space.
