Welcome to Gérard's Residence, a luxurious 18th-century guest house that has been tastefully restored to combine old-world charm with contemporary comfort.

You'll feel the glorious past of the house and its 300 years of history. Ideally located in the charming village of Montréal, you'll be just 25 minutes from the famous Cité de Carcassonne and Castelnaudary, world capital of cassoulet.

On site, you'll enjoy a relaxing stay in the heated swimming pool (3x8x1.50m) open from April to early October. You'll also appreciate the garden and terrace, where you'll be able to enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.

The Bed and breakfast has three spacious rooms, each with its own charm and personalized decor, named in honor of prestigious women who lived in Montreal during the Middle Ages: Braïda, Elis and Fauressa.

The largest suite, Fauressa, has a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and WC. It is located at the back of the house, with a breathtaking view of the 12th-century church and the valley with the Pyrenees in the distance, making this room unique.

The second suite, Braïda, also has a king-size bed and a very spacious bathroom (XL double bath and WC), with a view over the square.

Finally, the Elis suite has a king-size bed that can be separated into 2 single beds. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and separate toilet.

WIFI available in all rooms. Towels and toiletries, hairdryer, TV with DVD on request.
