Discover this cosy Holiday cottage for two, offering all the comforts you need for a rejuvenating stay. Situated in the famous book village of Montolieu, this cocoon features a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals or relax with a good book, surrounded by the tranquility of this place.

The village is a veritable paradise for lovers of literature and history, with its exceptional bookshops, its Museums des Arts et Métiers du Livre, and its charming alleyways. Just a stone's throw away, explore the local vineyards, go hiking in the Mountain Noire, or visit the medieval city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Between culture, gastronomy and enchanting landscapes, this Holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for creating unforgettable memories.

First floor:

- A living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed for 2 extra people and a TV, a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, espresso maker).

- Separate bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Separate WC.

- Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.

    Clean and convenient

    This is a perfect little place to stay in beautiful Montolieu - very clean and new, with everything you need. It is right on the main road but set back in a way that creates a sense that you are hidden (and the road is quiet). The outdoor patio is even nicer than it looks in the photos. For such a tiny space it is amazing how big and open it feels. The ceiling upstairs is too low to stand, but this is easy to get used to.

    De chouettes vacances

    Nous avons passe 5j dans un très beau gîte, vraiment très bien rénové. Tout était fonctionnel et facile d’utilisation. Les propriétaires nous ont très agréablement bien accueillis. Nous ne savions pas trop quoi faire en arrivant mais de la documentation très complète présente dans le gîte nous a donné plein d’idées.
    Nous vous remercions pour le séjour, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !

    Parfait

    Situé dans un joli village à proximité de Carcassonne, cette location refaite à neuf est idéale pour un séjour tranquille. Le logement est très propre et très bien décoré, la terrasse est un véritable plus.
    Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
    Je recommande vivement cette hébergement.
