You can enjoy the rolling landscapes of this region while hiking and climbing the famous Pic de Bugarach. There is a secure, private 6m x 4m Piscine next to the holiday cottage. Numerous whitewater sports centers line the Aude River (rafting, canoeing, etc.). All shops and restaurants are in Alet-les-Bains, 7 km away; Carcassonne and the sites of the Cathar Country are 45 minutes away. The ground floor is accessible to guests with limited mobility. The open-plan living room and kitchen open onto a fenced-in terrace equipped with a pergola, outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a gas plancha. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90), a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90) and 2 double beds (140), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Gaming room with a sofa bed. Electric heating. Parking on the property. A high-amp electrical outlet is installed for charging electric vehicles; billing is based on a separate meter reading. Private pétanque court.

Goyat Magnifique maison avec piscine, vue splendide, cadeaux de bienvenue qui nous attendaient dans le frigo, apéritif/soirée passée avec les adorables propriétaires, tomates du potager offertes, vraiment rien à dire, encore mieux que ce que nous imaginions...

Laurence G. Une très belle qualité d'accueil pour ce gite très agréable. Il est très bien situé et surtout propose de très bonnes prestations : bonnes literies, salles d'eau fonctionnelles avec un bon débit (pratique pour les cheveux longs ;-), équipement complet pour la cuisine..
Les extérieurs ne dépareillent pas puisque piscine agréable, petit terrain de pétanque, et surtout BBQ et plancha donnant sur les montagnes ;-)
Et pour combler le tout un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires !!! Un grand merci pour nos vacances ;-)- Cleanliness
