La P'tite Forêt

La P'tite Forêt is a corner of paradise just 15 minutes from Carcassonne and its famous medieval city.

You'll find all the peace and quiet of the surrounding area, while being ideally located close to many places to visit! (Château de Pennautier, Canal du Midi, Village du livre de Montolieu and Capitelles d'Aragon). On site, you'll find a large wooded park where you can relax in the shade, and pick your own fruit (apple, apricot, fig, pear, hazelnut and many others) depending on the season. The Holiday cottage has its own private tennis court, with balls and rackets at your disposal. For the more active, the basement has been fitted out with fitness equipment (see photo), a ping-pong table, billiards and bicycles free of charge, so you can make the most of the beautiful walks around the Holiday cottage. Vehicles can be parked inside the Holiday cottage in a private, gated parking area. You'll love the terrace overlooking the wooded grounds, with barbecue and garden furniture. Private Piscine (8x4x1.40) open from May to the end of September, with the possibility of opening in October, weather permitting.

The Holiday cottage is on one level and comprises a living room with dining table, TV connected to netflix and relaxation area with sofas. A fully-equipped fitted kitchen with dining area. A master bedroom with a 160cm bed and a relaxing bathtub. Separate shower room with walk-in shower and WC. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (100 and 90). 2 bedrooms with a 140cm bed. A large independent bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. The living room and kitchen open onto a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. WIFI ACCESS. The basement features a library with books and board games, as well as sports equipment. A badminton set (net + rackets) is also available. Baby Equipment.
