The Holiday cottage La P'tite Forest (300m2) is a corner of paradise with 1 hectare of forest and only 15 minutes from Carcassonne and its famous medieval city, in the historic village of Pennautier and its castle.

You'll find all the peace and quiet of the surrounding area, while being ideally located close to many places to visit! (Château de Pennautier, Canal du Midi, Village du livre de Montolieu and Capitelles d'Aragon). On site, you'll find a large wooded park where you can relax in the shade. Picking is possible depending on the season. The Holiday cottage has its own tennis court and all the equipment you need. For the more sporty, the basement has been fitted out with fitness equipment, a ping-pong table, an American/English billiard table, table soccer, darts, as well as free bicycles so you can make the most of the beautiful walks around the Holiday cottage. Vehicles can be parked inside the gated Holiday cottage. You'll love the terrace and pergolas overlooking the wooded grounds, with barbecue and garden furniture. Private heated Piscine (8x4x1.40) open from May to October, with deckchairs and garden furniture under the bioclimatic pergola. Hammock under the pines for relaxation and trampoline in the Forest. In the basement, a lounge area with video projector, as well as a Wellbeing area with a 2-seater infrared sauna. Single-storey Holiday cottage comprising a living room with dining table, TV connected to netflix and relaxation area with sofas. Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for 12. Master bedroom with double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room and WC. A separate shower room with Italian shower and WC. A bedroom with 3 single beds. A bedroom with a 180cm bed and a 90cm bed. A bedroom with a 160cm bed. A bedroom with 1 140cm bed. A large separate bathroom with whirlpool bath and light therapy, as well as a shower and WC. The living room and kitchen, equipped with a Delonghi coffee machine and Samsung refrigerator with connected tablet, open onto the private terrace with furniture and garden furniture, as well as a barbecue and pizza oven overlooking the Forest.
