Just 15 kms from the city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi and the royal fortresses of Languedoc (Cathar castles), between the mountains and the Sea, in the heart of the Minervois region, push open the door to our modern and functional 50m² Bungalow with private swimming pool and heated Spa (May 1 to mid-October). You can laze under the parasol by the Piscine. 300m² of fenced garden in bloom, you'll feel right at home in this haven of peace. You'll enjoy your meals in the shade of the terrace, with garden furniture, armchairs and sun loungers. The house features a pleasantly spacious living room (30m²) with direct access to the outside, large bay windows with electric shutters. The fully-equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, traditional and capsule coffee-maker, iron and ironing board, plancha, everything you need for cooking. A washing machine is also available. The relaxation area has a 2-seater bed and flat-screen TV, while the master suite has direct access to the outside, with comfortable, recent bedding (140x190) and closet. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, window vanity unit and separate toilet. We can provide an Umbrella bed. In our village, you'll find a butcher's, cheese and bread shop, grocery store, pharmacy, Doctor and nurses. Less than 10 km away, you'll find 2 medium-sized supermarkets with fuel sales and electric car sockets.
