The nature is preserved, we are in the heart of the Minervois vineyard, it is the ideal starting point for walks and sites to visit.
Push the door of our independent house of plains feet of a surface of 50m ²env, modern and functional, with privative swimming pool, heated spa which will know how to relax you in any season thanks to its bubbles. You can laze under the parasol by the pool.
A flowered garden of 300m ² env.cloturé, you are at home in all simplicity, it is a haven of peace. You will have your meals in the shade of the terrace, garden furniture, armchairs, sunbeds.
The house is composed of a pleasant spacious living room (30m ²) is bright with direct access to the outside, large windows with electric shutters.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, traditional and capsule coffee machine, iron and ironing board, griddle, and everything else needed for cooking. A washing machine is at your disposal. The relaxation area has a double bed and flat screen television.
The master suite has direct access to the outside, recent and comfortable bedding (140x190).
Adjoining bathroom with Italian shower, windowed vanity unit. Separate toilet.
We can provide an umbrella bed.
In our village you will find a butcher's shop, a cheese shop with a bread depot, a grocery shop, a pharmacy, a doctor; nurses. Less than 10kms away you will find 2 medium-sized stores with fuel sales and electric car plugs.
Our region is rich in heritage and various activities which will satisfy the amateurs of walk, bicycle, of the heritage, we are between sea and mountain.
