The La Perla holiday cottage offers this ideal setting thanks to its peaceful location, yet it’s just a 2-minute drive from the Beach and a 15-minute walk.

Whether with family or friends, discover nature’s gems: coves, cliffs, ponds, and plateaus. Leucate is the world capital of windsurfing and kitesurfing thanks to the Mondial du Vent festival held every year—it’s the ideal spot for board sports enthusiasts. The region offers a wealth of local delicacies to savor, including regional wine and oysters.
Leucate serves as a central hub for exploring the area’s heritage, with attractions all within an hour’s drive: the historic city of Carcassonne, Collioure, Roman-era Narbonne, and other unique villages. Shops are nearby: a supermarket is just a 2-minute walk from the holiday cottage, as are restaurants and recreational activities (Aqualand or Leucate Aventures).

The residence offers a peaceful and relaxing setting on the shores of the Etang de Leucate. A private, secure parking lot is available during your stay (choose any spot you like)

Please note: during school breaks, no access is permitted inside the residence; vehicles must remain outside in the private parking lot (approximately 200 meters away).

The holiday cottage features a small terrace area where you can soak up the sun or relax on the lounge chairs.
A spacious loggia allows you to fully enjoy your meals—whether you’re soaking up the sunlight or seeking shade when it gets too hot, thanks to its awning system.
The holiday cottage opens onto the ground floor with:
- A loggia equipped with a full set of patio furniture
- A living room with a seating area (sofa and TV) and a fully equipped open kitchen
- A separate bedroom with a 160x200cm bed
- A separate bathroom with a shower and sink.
- A separate toilet
- A staircase leads to the attic-style mezzanine (maximum height of 1.80m) on the upper level, furnished with two single beds (1x80 + 1x90).
Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available as additional options.
