The Holiday cottage La Perla offers this situation thanks to its quiet location just 2 minutes from the Beach by car and 15 minutes on foot.


With family or friends, discover nature's jewels: coves, cliffs, ponds and plateaus. Leucate is the world capital of windsurfing and kitesurfing, thanks to the Mondial du Vent organized every year, and is the ideal spot for windsurfers. The region offers a rich terroir to sample, from local wines to oysters.
Leucate is a central point for discovering the region's heritage within an hour's drive: Cité de Carcassonne, Collioure, Narbonne la Romaine and other atypical villages. Shops are nearby: a supermarket is just 2 minutes from the Holiday cottage, as are restaurants and leisure activities (Aqualand park or Leucate aventures).


The residence offers a relaxing and peaceful setting on the shores of Etang de Leucate. Private, secure parking is available during your stay (free choice of space). The Holiday cottage has a small terrace area where you can soak up the sun or relax on the deckchairs. A spacious loggia lets you make the most of your meals, whether you're enjoying the sunshine or, when it's too hot, the sunshade.


The Holiday cottage opens onto the first floor:
- A loggia equipped with full garden furniture
- A living room with a sitting area (sofa and TV) and a fully-equipped open kitchen
- A separate bedroom with a 160x200cm bed
- A separate bathroom with shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC
- A staircase gives access to the attic mezzanine (maximum height 1.80m) upstairs, equipped with two single beds (1x80 + 1x90).


Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional extras.
