In the charming village of Gruissan, in a very quiet residence, the Holiday cottage opens its doors to you for a stay by the Sea under the Midi sun and idleness.

Numerous shops are in the immediate vicinity: mini-market, restaurants, café, pizzeria, boutiques... The beach is less than 300m away by a small path, so you can enjoy a swim or a stroll along the beach as the sun rises or sets, with a unique spectacle every day.


Let yourself be guided by all the attractions around the Holiday cottage: the village of Gruissan in its entirety, with its rich historical and natural heritage, Narbonne la Romaine with its historic center, the Massif de la Clape with its exceptional view of the surrounding area (Sea and Mountain), or the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park with its breathtaking landscapes.


On site, you'll find a private terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy moments of conviviality with the barbecue. You can park your car in a private, secure space in the residence.





The air-conditioned Holiday cottage is on one level, opening onto the living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a sitting area with sofa, armchair and connected TV, and a dining table. A first open bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. A second bedroom with a 90x190cm bed. An independent bathroom with shower and washbasin. Laundry room with washing machine, storage space and WC.


Linen and towels optional (see below). Cleaning to be done before your departure, in case of not done cleaning it will be charged 30€ (price of the option you can take before your arrival). Umbrella bed available on request. WIFI connection. Bicycle rental (€5/day/bicycle) available on site. Tourist tax to be paid to the owner (1€50 per day per person).
