Nestled in the heart of the Corbières, in the authentic medieval village of Villerouge-Termenès, this Holiday cottage with terrace promises a peaceful stay amidst history, nature and exceptional panoramas.

Nestling in a setting of garrigue and vineyards, Villerouge-Termenès is a true medieval gem. Dominated by its imposing, perfectly restored Cathar castle, it is now open to visitors and houses an immersive scenography on Cathar history, as well as a unique medieval restaurant. Narrow streets, stone houses and ancient wash-houses give Villerouge a timeless atmosphere.

The village offers a warm and authentic local life. Here you'll find typical restaurants, a full-service grocery store selling local produce, and passionate winegrowers who will help you discover the wines of the Corbières terroir.

The surrounding area abounds in natural and cultural treasures: the Orbieu gorges, the Cathar castles of Termes, Aguilar and Peyrepertuse to visit, or the signposted Hiking trails winding through scrubland, rocky ridges and vineyards. You can also discover Lagrasse, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, or head to the Mediterranean Sea for a seaside getaway less than an hour away.


This village house has an entrance on the first floor that leads directly to the upper floors:

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1 : bed 140x190cm + small desk.
- Bedroom 2: 3 beds 90x190cm.

2nd floor :
- Living room: Tv, sofa bed, armchairs.
- Separate shower room: shower, washing machine.
- Separate WC.

3rd floor:
- Kitchen-living room: dining table, fully-equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, espresso maker).
- A lovely terrace with garden furniture overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Public parking lot nearby. 1 pet allowed under good behavior. Baby equipment on request.
