La Maisonnette

Gîte located in the heart of the charming village of Bages, one of the most beautiful villages on the Aude coast, with a breathtaking view of the lake.

From the top of its rock, you can appreciate the lagoon landscapes of this local gem. Whether you're a hiker or a stroller, you can stroll through the steep streets of this perched village. Bages is also the starting point for numerous trails around the lagoon, right in the heart of the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park.

You're ideally located just 15 minutes from the center of Narbonne la Romaine and its St-Just cathedral or its famous Halles market. Fontfroide Abbey, the beaches of Gruissan and Ile Sainte-Lucie are all within easy reach.



On site, La Maisonnette is set high up, allowing you to enjoy a direct view of the pond from the spacious terrace and living room. Just imagine having breakfast or dinner at sunset with a unique panorama. Equipped with garden furniture.

The gîte is located in a very quiet area where you can appreciate its tranquility.



The gîte is on one level with access to the gate via small steps, and opens onto..:

- An air-conditioned living room with a sitting area featuring a 2-seater 140x190cm convertible sofa, TV, dining table, open-plan kitchen (pod and filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer).

- Bedroom: two 80x200cm beds that can be joined to make a large double bed.

- Separate bathroom with direct access from the bedroom or living room: large shower, washbasin, washing machine.

- Separate WC.

Public parking at the bottom of the village, with the possibility of unloading your belongings on arrival/departure in front of the gîte.
