La maison vigneronne is a detached 2-storey house (first floor and 1st floor) in the heart of nature, 2 km from the village of Montlaur-Val de Dagne.

The surface area of the Holiday cottage is 160m2 and includes on the first floor:
- a large living room with fireplace opening onto the garden
- open-plan kitchen with dining area
- bedroom with 180 cm beds
- bathroom (shower, WC, 2 sinks)
1st floor:
- 1 bedroom with 200 cm bed and 1 single bed
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds
- large bathroom (bath, WC, sink)

Piscine (12 x 6 m) to be shared with another Holiday cottage.
Leisure facilities: swings, badminton, trampoline.
Parking on the property.

Pets not allowed

Open from June to September.

You're on the road to the remarkable village of Lagrasse (15 km), 17 km from the medieval city of Carcassonne, near the castles of the Cathar country, the Canal du Midi and Fontfroide Abbey. Many wonderful walks and mountain bike trails, GR 36 nearby. Beaches less than an hour away.
