The unfenced site opens onto a welcoming courtyard with a barbecue area, perfect for convivial outdoor meals. A bright veranda provides the ideal setting for savoring breakfasts, lulled by birdsong. Upon entering, you'll find a fully-equipped living room and kitchen, creating a warm and functional atmosphere, as well as a shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine, and a laundry room.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, and can be interconnected as required. Separate WC and dressing room.

The shady garden is a haven of tranquility, perfect for relaxing under the trees. A carport is available, and a spectacular panoramic view of the Pyrenees is just 200 meters away on foot.

Amenities such as a supermarket and Pharmacy are just a few minutes away by car: in Saint-Papoul. In the surrounding area, a variety of activities are available to enrich your stay: In Revel, you can visit the Musée du Bois et de la Marqueterie. And don't miss the famous Revel Market, held every Saturday morning. In Saissac, the Château immerses you in the region's medieval history, offering a breathtaking view over the Aude valley. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Lake de Saint-Ferréol near Revel offers a variety of activities, including swimming, paddle-boarding and hiking around its peaceful waters, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
