La Maison du Coq

Welcome to the Maison du Coq! Here, in the heart of a former winegrowing estate, you'll be staying in an 80-hectare natural environment, where you can wander through meadows and woods.

You're close to the famous Capitelles trail, ideal for nature lovers and hikers.

The estate's Piscine (4 x 8m, depth 1.30 m) is at your disposal for a refreshing swim or a moment of relaxation.

The estate is ideally located at the foot of the Mountain Noire and less than 15 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne. Other regional gems are less than 15 minutes from the Holiday cottage: the Cathar castles of Lastours, the Limousis cave and the village of Caunes-Minervois and its abbey.

Between 5 and 10 minutes by car, you'll find all amenities: bakery, grocery store, supermarkets, restaurants... Everything you need to make life easier during your stay.

If you'd like to get off the beaten track, the owners can provide you with an electric quad bike, ideal for observing the local wildlife in silence!
