In the heart of the historic village of Gruissan, you’ll enjoy a prime location where everything is within walking distance. Shops, a Pharmacy, Restaurants, Cafés, and the traditional Market are all less than 100 meters away. Stroll through the village’s characteristic circular alleyways, explore the salt flats, the stilt Chalets, the fine-sand beaches, and the Marina. Nature lovers will appreciate the immediate access to hiking trails in the Massif de la Clape, while water sports enthusiasts will find renowned spots for windsurfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and sailing just a few minutes away. With its blend of heritage, gastronomy, and wide-open spaces, Gruissan is also an excellent starting point for exploring the Aude coastline and the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Nature Park.

The holiday cottage, located on the 2nd and top floor (the apartment on the first floor is currently unoccupied), is accessed via a spiral staircase. Once upstairs, it includes:

_An open-concept living area with a sitting area and TV, a work area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, combination microwave-oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker),
_A sloped-ceiling mezzanine above the living room with two 90 beds (this space is not suitable for young kids; a safety gate is installed at the bottom of the stairs),
_A bedroom with a 160-bed, storage,
_A bedroom with two 90-beds, storage,
_A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

A portable air conditioner and fans are available.

Storage space on the ground floor is available for your bicycles, Beach gear, windsurfing boards, kitesurfing equipment, or any other recreational gear.
Parking is convenient thanks to a private parking space in front of the house and numerous free parking lots nearby.
