Housed in an old winegrower's house typical of the region, this character-filled Holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful setting just a stone's throw from the banks of the Orbieu, a small river that winds its way through the hills of the Corbières. Nestled halfway between Carcassonne and Narbonne, it's the ideal base for exploring the treasures of the Cathar region: majestic abbeys, perched castles, fortified villages, not forgetting the unmissable Mediterranean beaches less than 40 minutes away.

Here you are in Ferrals-les-Corbières, a lively, friendly village with all the shops and services you need for a comfortable stay. You'll be amazed by the richness of the local heritage: narrow streets, beautiful stone facades, the old washhouse near the town hall, or the contemporary art museum, set in an Unusual location. And for a gourmet break, there's the Restaurant "En Catimini", housed in an elegant residence nicknamed "Le Petit Château".

An 18th-century staircase leads to the first floor:
_A living room/kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, classic coffee maker) opening onto the terrace, and in the mezzanine attic: a sleeping area with two 90cm beds.
