You'll be staying on the heights of Saint-Pierre-la Sea, with panoramic sea views and direct access to the Massif de la Clape, where you can enjoy long walks and mountain bike rides. A path from the Holiday cottage terrace takes you to the sandy Beach in 10 minutes (500 m).

Saint-Pierre-la Sea, nestled in the Languedoc region, is an ideal destination for nature lovers and relaxation enthusiasts. Its fine sandy beaches, just 500 m along a path from the Holiday cottage, are ideal for swimming and water sports, and the local Market, renowned for its local produce, brings the village to life. Just a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage, the Massif de la Clape offers hiking trails through unspoilt countryside.
A few kilometers away, Narbonne reveals its historic heritage, with the Saint-Just cathedral and its canal. The Gruissan salt marshes and its village on stilts are also well worth a visit. For wine lovers, the surrounding Vineyards offer tastings and discoveries.
Finally, the Etang de Bages-Sigean is a haven of peace for observing the local wildlife. A region rich in diversity and Mediterranean charm.
All shops are within easy reach (grocery store, restaurant, tabac-presse, bakery, etc.).

a living room with air-conditioned, fully-equipped kitchen.
-a veranda with sitting area (TV), opening onto the garden and terrace with garden furniture and plancha, ideal for enjoying fine summer evenings with a view of the Sea.
-A bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
-A bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine.
-A separate toilet.

First floor:
-Two bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm).

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning can be rented directly from the owner.
Cleaning deposit on arrival 65€ (returned on departure if cleaning is completed).
