A stay off the beaten track, for those who appreciate beauty in authenticity.
Nearby, you can explore the treasures of Carcassonne, with its famous medieval city, majestic ramparts and château comtal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll the cobbled streets, discover the local Markets and enjoy the many cafés and restaurants. Nearby, the natural landscapes of the Mountain Noire and the Canal du Midi offer ideal getaways for lovers of Hiking, cycling or peaceful cruises. Vineyards and Cathar castles complete the picture of a region rich in history and charm.
Located in a residential area, the house is on the first floor, in the middle of a wooded garden, and is as follows:
- Entrance via kitchen with dining area (fridge with freezer compartment, 3-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, traditional coffee maker).
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin (with access to the outside).
- Lounge area, accessible by 2 steps, with sofa and screen not connected to the aerial, DVD player.
- A corridor leading to :
- A separate toilet
- A master bedroom with a 140cm bed and fitted wardrobe.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and a wardrobe.

Outside, a shaded terrace, a bicycle storage area and a driveway for parking one or two vehicles. Pets are not allowed, but an exception is made for cats.
