In the heart of the Minervois region, in the village of Roubia nestled among vineyards and scrubland, La Maison d'Elise welcomes you for a peaceful and welcoming stay. You’ll be staying near the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, perfect for walks or bike rides. Not far from there, discover the medieval village of Minerve, the olive groves of Oulibo in Bize-Minervois, or the Abbey of Caunes-Minervois. For a change of pace, Lake Jouarres in Homps and the Mediterranean beaches, both about 35 minutes away, perfectly round out your stay.
This detached house, with no direct view of the owners’ home, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, whether you’re traveling with family, a large group, or friends. Upon entering, you’ll find a bright living area with a living room and lounge area, opening onto a separate, fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and espresso machine. All living areas are located on the first floor, as is a functional bathroom with a double sink, walk-in shower, and separate toilet.
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 bed (140x190 cm) with bathroom and toilet, approximately 14 m²
Bedroom 2: 1 bed (140x190 cm), approximately 16 m²
Bedroom 3: 1 Bed 90x190 cm, approx. 15 sq. m.
Bedroom 4: 1 Bed 140x190 cm, approx. 13 sq. m.

Outside, you can enjoy a private, enclosed garden equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue. A covered, shaded terrace with a bioclimatic pergola allows you to enjoy meals at any time of day.
The private 7.30 x 3.5 m Piscine, secured by a cover and open from May through late September, is a real highlight for your sunny vacation in the Aude. Street parking is available in front of the holiday cottage, and the house is equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort in the summer.
This holiday cottage is particularly well-suited for cyclists thanks to its proximity to the Canal du Midi, as well as for families and groups seeking tranquility in an authentic rural setting.
