Welcome to La Maison de Famille, a self-catering Holiday cottage in Roquefort-des-Corbières, Aude, in the heart of the Corbières maritimes. Here, you'll enjoy a calm and authentic environment, between fragrant garrigue and Mediterranean beaches. Nearby, discover the Sigean African Reserve, the Terra Vinea underground site, or attend the spectacular Mondial du Vent in Leucate. This area, rich in nature and wine-growing traditions, promises a unique vacation experience.
The house is organized on two levels to comfortably accommodate your tribe.
On the first floor, you'll find a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (gas hob, washing machine, direct access to the garden and Piscine), a shower room with walk-in shower and two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (80x200), 9.10 sq. m.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80x200), 13.30 m², with private bathroom and air-conditioning.

Upstairs, the convivial living room with fireplace (wood supplied) opens onto a covered terrace with garden furniture. A second, separate kitchen completes the dining area (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker). You'll also find a bathroom with double sinks, a separate toilet and two bedrooms:

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (80x200), 12.19 m², air-conditioned.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (80x200), 10.62 m², air-conditioned.

All beds can be twinned on request to form a 160 x 200 bed.

Outside, enjoy a private, enclosed garden, a covered terrace and a private, fenced-in Piscine (5 x 12 m, 1.50 m deep), open from April to November.
