Located in the charming village of Davejean, in the Aude department, this manor house dating from 1865 welcomes you for an authentic stay in the heart of a preserved natural environment. This character-filled holiday cottage, ideal for families and groups of friends, can accommodate up to 13 people in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Furnished garden perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. At the front, a terrace equipped with a lounge area lets you make the most of fine weather and the calm of the village. Street parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage.

Davejean is an ideal location for nature lovers. Hiking trails next to the gîte allow you to explore the typical Hautes-Corbières landscapes on foot, between hills, garrigue, natural panoramas and splendid views of the Pyrenees. The paths are suitable for both leisurely strolls and longer, more challenging hikes (GR trails).

The village offers an authentic, lively atmosphere, with local entertainment and regular street vendors, such as the bakery, butcher and other shops, making everyday life easier. Shops (grocery store, Restaurant, pizzeria, local Market) are located in neighboring villages just a few minutes away by car.

- Living room with sitting area and fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, washing machine, oven, microwave).
- Separate shower room (shower, WC).

On 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: bed 140x190cm + 90x190cm
- Bedroom 2: bed 160x200 (2x80) + bed 90x190cm with private bathroom (bath, WC).
- A small third bedroom with a 90x190cm bed.

On the 2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: bed 140x190cm + bed 90x190cm + private bathroom (shower, WC).
- Bedroom 4: bunk bed 80x190cm + bed 90x190cm + mezzanine with 2 extra mattresses.
