Located in the heart of the Pays Lauragais, Saint-Papoul opens the doors to a region rich in history and landscapes. Just a few kilometers away, discover the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the foothills of the Mountain Noire and architectural treasures such as the medieval city of Carcassonne, Lake Saint-Ferréol and the typical bastides of the Lauragais region. Hiking, Swimming, heritage and gourmet pleasures all combine to perfection.

Saint-Papoul will seduce you with its calm and authenticity. You'll find everything you need for your stay here: grocery-bakery, Pharmacy, post office, and even the itinerant butcher who comes twice a week. All in an unspoilt setting, with the park of the Château Épiscopal and the Benedictine abbey as a backdrop, architectural gems that are a must-see.

On the first floor:
_A large living room with sitting area, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen,

_A bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a 140cm bed, vanity unit, Italian shower and toilet.

Upstairs:
_Two bedrooms, each with two 90cm or 1 180cm beds, vanity unit, walk-in shower and toilet.
A large dormitory room with 4 single beds (90cm), shower room with vanity unit, shower and toilet.

Outside: the enclosed garden features a covered area with garden furniture, a 6-person Jacuzzi, a Piscine area (5x2m heated), and a classic barbecue area.

Access to communal tennis and pétanque courts with equipment available.
Cassoulet workshop offered by the owners, on request and at extra cost.
