Just 3 km from the medieval city of Carcassonne, this Holiday cottage welcomes you for an authentic stay in the heart of Cathar country. Ideally located in a charming village, you can discover the region's treasures: Cathar castles, walks along the Canal du Midi, Hiking in the Mountain Noire or swimming and water sports just 6 km away. The Sea is around an hour's drive away.
This renovated family home combines charm and comfort to offer you a pleasant, relaxing setting. It's adjacent to the owner's house: attentive and discreet, she'll make sure your stay runs smoothly and give you a warm welcome.
Entirely on one level (one step up to the kitchen), it boasts a large, enclosed, south-facing courtyard terrace of around 70 m², where you can make the most of the mild Occitan evenings.
Inside, the Holiday cottage comprises:
_An entrance hall with cupboard leading to all rooms,
A bright living room with sitting area and dining area,
A fully-equipped kitchen (hob, hood, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine),
One bedroom with a 140cm bed,
One bedroom with two 90cm beds
A bathroom with WC.
Outside: a large fenced-in terrace with flowers, garden furniture and barbecue, and a closed garage for your vehicle.

Très bien passé, belle location avec un accueil chaleureux et convivial de la propriétaire.
Avec le réchauffement climatique, il serait souhaitable de prévoir d'installer la climatisation dans le futur. Sinon, rien d'autre à signaler.

Gérald très bon séjour
Gîte agréable, bien situé entre tous les sites touristiques de l'Aude.
Nous avons suivi les conseils judicieux d'Henriette pour les visites.
Le panier d'accueil a été très apprécié, ainsi que la possibilité de mettre la voiture à l'abri.
Les très fortes chaleurs ne nous ont pas permis de profiter pleinement de la terrasse, par contre.- Cleanliness

Clagaro Excellent séjour
Un séjour très à agréable dans une demeure bien aménagée. Nous avons été accueillis par une hôte chaleureuse et enthousiaste, très disponible. Localisation parfaite pour visiter Carassonne et ses alentours. La maison reste fraîche même en cas de chaleur. La terrasse est un avre de paix au retour de balade et c’est un bonheur de s’y restaurer du petit déjeuner au dîner.
