The Canal du Midi is just 5 minutes from the Holiday cottage, where you can enjoy a wide range of activities including fishing and walking. Its location in the City, just a stone's throw from the historic center of La Bastide, means you can enjoy all amenities within 1km (restaurants, shops, museums, swimming pool, train station, theater and cinema). From Maison Rosy, you can walk to the medieval City in around 20 minutes, taking in the historic bastide of St-Louis, the magnificent banks of the Aude and the 14th-century Pont-Vieux. On site, the Holiday cottage has two private terraces: one at the front with garden furniture to make the most of the outdoors, and one at the back with garden furniture and barbecue to liven up your meals in fine weather. Parking for your car is available in a secure garage with a private space, and you can park your 2nd car in front of the Holiday cottage or in the street. Comfortable, air-conditioned house comprising, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, a large living room with a spacious lounge featuring sofas, a very large connected TV and a pellet stove, and a dining table. A fully-equipped, built-in kitchen with American fridge. Upstairs, a 1st bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm), TV and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and TV. A 3rd bedroom with a 180cm bed. A 4th bedroom with a 160cm bed. An independent bathroom with a beautiful whirlpool bath, a double-vasque and an integrated toilet. Maximum electricity consumption: 2kwh/day/person. Any excess will be invoiced by the owner on your departure. Cleaning charge: 95 € payable to the owner on arrival.

Baboon Une bonne adresse !
Ns étions 7 et sommes restés 5 nuits lors d’un road trip moto. Ns avons pu mettre les 4 motos en sécurité sur la place de parking ds le garage souterrain. Les 4 chambres sont grandes et la literie confortable. Les 2 terrasses permettent de profiter de l’extérieur au mieux. La pièce à vivre avec la cuisine ouverte est très conviviale. Une bonne adresse !

Nad La maison Rosy
Nous sommes arrivés en retard sur l'horaire prévu. Les propriétaires nous ont tout de même offert à boire en arrivant. Le gîte est spacieux, fonctionnel avec de nombreux rangements. Il possède une place de parking en sous-sol ce qui est pratique. Il est situé proche du centre ville, du canal du Midi et de la cité historique de Carcassonne ce qui est pratique pour visiter. La literie est bonne. Par contre, la douche se situe dans la chambre parentale. L'autre salle de bain comprend un jacuzzi ce qui permet de prendre des bains. Une magnifique télévision se trouve dans le salon. Deux autres se situent dans les chambres mais ne sont pas branchées. La cuisine équipée est moderne avec deux réfrigérateurs. Il faudrait prévoir plus de vaisselle courante comme des verres simples. Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Tallet Bonjour c'est une maison très agréable pour huit personnes. On aurait aimé savoir qu'il y avait quand même un gros vis-à-vis par rapport à la terrasse de derrière et qu'il y avait un trafic aérien au-dessus de la maison ç'aurait été sympa et d'autre part nous n'avons pas apprécié que la propriétaire nous demande 75 € de plus pour faire le ménage en sachant que ça concernait uniquement les draps donc on est quand même un peu déçu sur la fin pour ce séjour.
