Access to the estate is via a 4 km (approx. 10 min.) carriage road, which leads to the hamlet of 4 houses, including 2 independent Holiday cottages. You'll be staying in a natural environment, in the heart of oak and fir forests, ideal for Hiking and hiking enthusiasts. On the estate: pétanque court, 2 bicycles available, 30 km of signposted footpaths and walks, small pond with fish and rowing boat 150 m away. Heated private swimming pool (3.50 x 7, 1.20 m deep, secured by roller shutter) from May to end-October. Village shops 6 km away. The Bouisse area is ideal for visiting the many attractions in the surrounding area, including Chateau du Pays Cathare, d'Arques, Peyreperthuse and Cucugnan, as well as white-water sports in the upper Aude valley, the Gorges de Galamus and the Pic de Bugarach.
The Holiday cottage has a laundry area on the ground floor, with 2 adult bikes available, a second fridge and freezer, and a natural cellar in the rock where you can store your drinks. Upstairs: living room, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, deep fryer, etc.), living room with pool table, office area. Terrace accessible from the living room with garden furniture, plancha and barbecue, opening onto a private enclosed garden. Living room with wood-burning stove. Separate WC. Bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. Second floor: Bedroom with 1 x 180cm bed, dressing room, bathroom (bath and shower) with private toilet, bedroom with 4 x 90cm beds and bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm bunk beds. Sports hall with rowing machine, ball and 2-person Sauna. From the second floor, you have access to the fully enclosed, private Piscine area. Heating included. On the ground floor, but accessible only from the outside, is an apartment with kitchen, bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and shower room with WC.
