On the outskirts of Carcassonne, this independent Holiday cottage welcomes you to a privileged setting, in the heart of a vast private park of over 8,000 m², entirely enclosed, combining meadows and undergrowth. You'll be staying in an area appreciated for its quality of life and easy access to the region's major sites. The Cavayère Lake is just a few minutes away, while the medieval town of Cité de la Cavayère is one of Aude's must-sees. For a wider getaway, the landscapes of the Pays Cathare, the vineyards of the Minervois and characterful villages such as Lagrasse round out the ideas for discovery. Entirely on one level, the Holiday cottage features a bright living room with fireplace and a functional kitchen opening onto a 10 m² terrace. The sleeping area comprises three comfortable bedrooms:

1 bed 140 cm
2 beds 90 cm

These last two rooms have their own bathroom and toilet, located in the main part of the Holiday cottage. A laundry room and basement storage area make it easy to organize your stay.
The exterior is designed with relaxation in mind, with several terraces and a private, alarm-protected Piscine, 10 x 5 m, 2.50 m deep, open from June 1 to September 30. The wide beaches surrounding the pool let you take full advantage of the Aude climate. A private parking lot on the enclosed property guarantees a practical and secure welcome. From the Holiday cottage, a footpath leads directly to the village and its amenities, ideal for car-free access to shops and tennis courts.
