This large, charming house with Mediterranean accents boasts a large outdoor space and several terraces with garden furniture, so you can enjoy relaxing moments in total privacy with this magnificent view of the Sea. 2 barbecues (including a South African braii barbecue) are available for you to enjoy your meals in fine weather.


For a refreshing dip in the sea, there's a large natural pool area right on site. The garden, with its magnificent pine trees, is sheltered from the wind by the cliff, where you can recharge your batteries. Private, secure parking inside the property for 2 cars. Other vehicles can be parked along the street. The house is fully air-conditioned. Pets allowed (dogs only). Nearby: Hiking trails with breathtaking scenery, tasting of local products such as wine and oysters, as well as year-round activities in Leucate. The Sigean African reserve and the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park are less than 20 minutes away.


Holiday cottage on 3 levels comprising ground floor: large living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, sitting area. Separate shower room, laundry area with washing machine. A 1st bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and separate WC. A 2nd bedroom for Kids with two Bunk beds (sleeps 4 with a 90cm bed each). A 3rd bedroom, a suite with a 140cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower, WC). On the 1st floor, a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area. Laundry room with washing machine and access to separate WC. A suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room with access to the terrace. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed. Separate shower room. A 2nd independent toilet. A final bedroom with a 2-seater Bunk beds and a 90cm bed.
