Located in the charming commune of Trèbes, "La douce Echappée" is a comfortable home where you can relax and discover. Nestled in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards and crossed by the peaceful Canal du Midi, Trèbes is an ideal base for exploring the rich local heritage. Just a few minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, you can also take advantage of a wide range of outdoor activities: bike rides along the canal, Hiking in the Mountain Noire, wine tasting in the surrounding vineyards, or water sports on Lake Cavayère.
Situated in a quiet subdivision, the fully-renovated, air-conditioned house offers: -An entrance into a living room with large-screen TV and pellet stove (included), a fully-equipped open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, classic coffee maker + coffee maker (some Nespresso pods supplied), kettle (tea included), fruit extractor, toaster -A veranda with reversible billiard table, -A separate toilet.On the first floor: -One bedroom with 2 electric 90cm beds, convertible into a 160cm bed, TV and cupboard, -One bedroom with a 160cm bed, TV and cupboard, -One suite with a 160cm bed, TV, shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet.
-A shower room with shower cubicle and vanity unit, -A separate W.C. In front of the house, an enclosed courtyard, with a parking space secured by an electric gate, To the rear, an artificial turf garden, offering: a dining area with garden furniture and barbecue, an activity area with above-ground swimming pool (6.10x3.60 prof.1.20 secured by a retractable ladder), ping-pong table and games, and a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi in a small chalet. Bikes for women, men and Kids, with all safety equipment + baby carrier. Full baby equipment on site. A water and electricity package, largely sufficient for normal use, is included in the stay. However, in the event of abnormally high consumption, a supplement may be requested. An INTERMARCHE 5 minutes away for shopping and a Centre Leclerc 10 minutes away by car for errands and shooping. Sheets and towels available at extra cost. Bathrobes are available free of charge. The accommodation is not suitable for recharging electric vehicles. Parties are not permitted.
