Nearby regional treasures include: the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, the charming village of Gruissan surrounded by salt marshes, Narbonne la Romaine, the Abbey of Fontfroide, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, breathtaking Hiking trails between Corbières and Minervois, and the Giant Abyss at Cabrespine.
A supermarket is less than 100m from the Holiday cottage. Also within walking distance are a number of shops: restaurants, bars, pharmacy, bank, pizzeria, tourist office and bakery. The municipal swimming pool is less than a kilometer away, so you can cool off in fine weather. Near La Détente, you can enjoy wine tasting at Château Grand Moulin, visit the Church of Saint-Félix, the Miellerie Le Rucher de Lyam, the Fly Zone, and the local producers' Market on Wednesday mornings.

En respectant le cachet de ce chef-d'œuvre d'antan, ce logement atypique offre toute la modernité nécessaire au bien-être.
L'agencement est harmonieux, pensé pour la convivialité avec des prestations incluses pour partager des bons moments en couple, en famille, entre amis.

Appartement bien situé, très bien éclairé par 2 vélux, très bien équipé, joli, la literie est excellente. il ne manque vraiment rien!
Même le petit déjeuner est fourni.
De très belles randonnées pédestres ou en vélo dans les alentours.

Rich High quality apartment
Beautiful apartment lovingly restored by Luca. He is rightfully proud of his restoration and the attention to detail in every element of the apartment is superb. Luca took lots of time with us to welcome us to the apartment and show us how everything works. Wine, breakfast and drinks were all provided as part of our welcome which was lovely and kind. We couldn't fault anything with the apartment but there was a smell of cigarettes that comes through from a neighbouring apartment that could put some people off. Thank you Luca!

The cigarette smell problem has been resolved.
It was coming from a tiny hole near the pipe junction in the apartment's subfloor.

Bonjour, cette location est une perle rare, tout est parfait, la propreté et le confort sont irréprochables, on peut manger par terre, appartement tout neuf fait avec goût et des matériaux de qualité, électro-ménager, vaisselle tout est au TOP. On a tous les produits ménagers à disposition.
Le propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse, disponible à tous moments. Nous avions même des victuailles à dispo pour le petit déjeuner, des boissons dans le frigo etc...
En fait quoi dire de plus : rien aucun points négatifs, ce logement est recommandable à 200%, n'hésitez pas à y aller, en tous les cas nous, nous y retournerons c'est sûr
Le séjour est passé trop vite.

Guihard Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel,
l accueil est chaleureuse et agréables , l appartement maison est une petite pépite a ne pas manquer avec sont lit qui a un matelas hybride qui vous donnera plus envie de vous lever le matin et c est 2 grande tv pour passer une soirée tranquille, les équipements vous trouvez tout le confort qui puisse exister sèche linge machine a laver, sur matelas pour le canapé lit si besoin, également nous avons eu également un petit déjeuner mis a disposition a notre arrivée fortement agréable voire photo du logement sur le site
Je recommande très fortement ce logement étant en déplacement professionnel je n est pas eux de meilleurs logement sur le secteur du sud
