The Holiday cottage is surrounded by fully enclosed grounds for total privacy, with a lovely shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue perfect for convivial outdoor moments.


La Détendue is ideally situated for exploring the riches of the region. Visit the majestic medieval city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For wine lovers, a visit to the Languedoc vineyards is a must, with tastings of the region's finest vintages. Nature lovers can enjoy Hiking in the surrounding hills and vineyards, or discover the Canal du Midi, perfect for bike rides or barge trips.


The house is equipped with:
- A large air-conditioned living room with sitting area (sofa and connected TV), desk, dining table and fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, filter and espresso coffee makers).
- Bedroom 1: 160x200cm bed, connected TV, dressing room
- Bedroom 2: two 80x200cm beds that can also be moved closer together, connected TV and dressing room.
- Bedroom 3: two twin beds 90x190cm, connected TV and dressing room.
- Separate bathroom with shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC.
- Laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge-freezer.
Private, secure parking on the property with electric gate, with space for several cars.
