Perfectly equipped for 8 people, it features a private indoor swimming pool (6.50x3.30x1.40m, chlorine), ideal for relaxing in total privacy.

The fully fenced outdoor area offers a safe environment for Kids and opens onto a terrace with barbecue, summer kitchen, sun loungers and garden furniture. Whether you're a couple, a family or a group of friends, this haven of peace is designed to offer you an unforgettable experience under the southern sun.

Saint-Laurent-de-la-Cabrerisse is a charming wine-growing village nestled between hills, vineyards and garrigue. It's an ideal base from which to explore the treasures of the Corbières: discover Lagrasse, one of France's most beautiful villages, with its Benedictine abbey and arts and crafts, explore the famous Cathar castles of Villerouge-Termenès, Termes or Peyrepertuse, stroll through the local markets in Lézignan or Fabrezan, or treat yourself to a trip to the Mediterranean beaches, just 40 minutes away. - Bedroom 1: 160x200cm bed and Bunk beds (90x190cm) with private shower room, WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: 160x200cm bed and baby bed.
- Bedroom 3: 2 beds 80x200cm.
- Separate shower room: shower, WC.

Parking for one car on the property or in the cul-de-sac. For pets, please contact the owner directly on request. Compulsory cleaning 100€.
