La Commanderie St-Jean

La Commanderie St-Jean is a Holiday cottage ideally located in Carcassonne, just a stone's throw from the UNESCO World Heritage Canal du Midi. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding area, while being close to all the City's sights.

Less than 10 minutes by car from the Holiday cottage, you can discover all the treasures of the City: the Medieval City and its famous ramparts, the Lake de la Cavayère, the historic center of the Bastide St-Louis, and shops less than 1.5km away (hypermarket, restaurants, cinema, boutiques...). Throughout the year, Carcassonne is alive with events: the Cité festival, the Magic of Christmas, the féria...

The on-site Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 15 people and has a large enclosed outdoor area. There's a lovely private swimming pool to cool off in after a day's sightseeing, a pétanque court for conviviality, a ping-pong table, and several sheltered areas with garden furniture to relax in. Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage.

The Holiday cottage has several levels:
First floor:
- Dining room
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Living room with sofas, TV and dining table
- Laundry room with washing machine
- Separate WC
On the 1st floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed
- Separate shower room (shower, washbasin, WC)
- One bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, its own dressing room and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin).
2nd floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed
- One bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed
- A separate bathroom (bath, washbasin, WC)
- A bedroom opening onto the landing with a 140x190cm bed

* Mandatory cleaning fee of 200€ to be paid on arrival.
* Sheets and towels optional but not compulsory, invoiced on site at 20€ per bed.
Pets allowed on good behavior only.
