Welcome to La Colline aux Oiseaux, a Holiday cottage set in 2.5 hectares of wooded grounds in the heart of the Cathar countryside, at the foot of the Pyrenees. It's a spacious, warm and bright vacation home. It's the ideal place to spend a quiet family holiday, with your feet in the water by the Piscine, while discovering the nearby unspoilt countryside and visiting exceptional sites.

A unique location away from the village and less than 15min from all amenities, with a magnificent view of the hill and the historic Fa tower.

The Holiday cottage consists of a 180m2 house surrounded by vast outdoor spaces planted with trees, a 200m2 terrace, a 20m2 covered terrace and, in the immediate vicinity, a beautiful private swimming pool (6x10m, secured with a roller shutter and barrier, treated with UV and active oxygen) with landscaped surrounds and a sheltered summer kitchen fully equipped: plancha, barbecue, dishwasher, refrigerators... The terraces and pool surrounds are equipped with garden furniture.

In the village, 10 minutes' walk: Restaurant, grocery store, bread shop on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Nearby: Rennes-le-Château and its mysteries, the Cathar castles, the Dinosaur Museum, the Gorges and hermitage of Galamus, the medieval city of Carcassonne. Château de Puivert and Chalabre, Abbaye d'Alet-les-Bains, Pic de Bugarach, Nébias green labyrinth, outdoor sports activities (white water, caves, lakes, accrobranche, escape game...).
