Just 2 km away, the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, invites you to take a leisurely stroll along its banks. Heritage lovers will appreciate the pink marble abbey of Caunes Minervois, the spectacular town of Minerve and the caves of the Mountain Noire. Further afield, the medieval town of Carcassonne and the Cathar countryside offer superb ideas for day trips. Holiday cottage La Closerie des Iris is set in a property shared with chambres d'hotes. It benefits from a vast 3,600 m2 enclosed park, surrounded by high walls, landscaped and shaded. The large 11 x 5 m Piscine, shared with B&B guests, is a real asset in fine weather. A petanque court completes the outdoor facilities. Entirely on one level, the Holiday cottage opens onto a bright and functional living room with integrated kitchen, leading directly onto a private terrace.
