Swimming and spa facilities 5 minutes away, Lake Jouarres 15 minutes away and the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 50 minutes away.
Detached house at the entrance to the village with large adjoining plot (approx. 5000 m²). A private south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy summer evenings, with views of the Pyrenees and the Mountain d'Alaric, as well as the surrounding countryside.
First floor: an entrance hall leads to a living room with decorative fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with access to the unoverlooked front courtyard, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140cm), one with 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm) and one with a single bed (90cm), a second bathroom with toilet.
In the village, a grocery store serves as a bread depot and a café-restaurant-caterer, so you'll have everything you need close at hand.

5/5Wir wurden von den Eigentümern sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und haben uns in diesem schönen Haus sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist charmant und authentisch, nichts fehlt und dennoch wirkt alles auf angenehme Weise einfach. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man angenehm und kann die Ruhe der schönen Umgebung entspannt genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wer im Minervois Urlaub machen möchte, dem ist dieses Haus wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez trouvé notre accueil très sympathique, que vous ayez beaucoup apprécié le gîte, tout à la fois dans sa décoration intérieure et dans son extérieur grâce à la terrasse et son panorama. Nous vous remercions pour cet excellent avis.

5/5Accueil très chaleureux, très bonne réactivité des propriétaires en cas de panne. Logement avec une grande capacité d'accueil. Juste quelques pièces à rafraîchir mais franchement rien de méchant. 2 salles de bain deux WC. Nous recommandons cet établissement. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
