On the 1st floor, the 1st apartment comprises a bedroom with a 180cm bed, an open-plan kitchen and a sitting area with sofa, a private shower room with walk-in shower, WC and a balcony with furniture. A 2nd apartment with a 1st independent bedroom equipped with a bed 180 with its private and contiguous shower-room (Italian shower) and independent WC, a 2nd bedroom with a bed 180 an contiguous and private shower-room (Italian shower) and independent WC with a corner living room and an open kitchen. On the 2nd floor, a 3rd apartment with 1 bedroom (bed 180), an open kitchen and a sitting area with sofa, a private shower room with Italian shower, WC and a terrace with furniture. A 4th apartment with a 180cm bed, en-suite shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet, sitting area and open kitchen.
