La Bergerie

Close to Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire, this gîte is a welcoming house, bathed in sunshine with its south-facing terrace and private garden.

Located on a farm, this holiday cottage is attached to a shed that separates it from another holiday cottage, making it completely private. At La Bergerie de La Jonquerole, you’ll enjoy a peaceful vacation surrounded by fields, scrubland, and Vineyards. A swimming pool (secured by barriers, measuring 8 x 5 m, depth 1.50 m), shared with two other holiday cottages, is available to you in the middle of a shaded garden. The river winds along the edge of the property, and hiking trails are also nearby, as are the first Cathar castle in Saissac and the “Village du Livre” in Montolieu—all great “tasters” for exploring our magnificent region.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate toilet, two bedrooms (1 double bed, 140 cm wide; 2 single beds, 90 cm wide). The holiday cottage opens onto a private, tree-lined terrace with no neighbors directly across, overlooking the fields and, in the distance, the La Malepére mountain range, complete with patio furniture and a plancha grill; parking is available on the property.
