The location is ideal for exploring the region's typical landscapes, from the forests of the Pays Cathare to villages steeped in history. The castles of Puivert and Puylaurens offer great ideas for outings, while outdoor enthusiasts will find a wide range of activities, from Hiking to Fishing on the Aude and white-water sports. An ideal place to recharge your batteries or telework in the fresh air, this detached house, designed for families and groups, is all on one level. The living room features a cosy lounge with TV and Netflix access, a fireplace and direct access to the covered terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and several coffee maker systems. A second fridge-freezer and washing machine are installed in the pantry. The family bathroom includes a bath, shower and WC.
