Located in Esperaza, in the heart of the Upper Aude Valley, La Belle Vue holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful setting surrounded by unspoiled nature and mountains. Here, you’ll enjoy a prime location for exploring the region’s iconic landscapes, from the forests of Cathar Country to villages steeped in history. Puivert Castle and Puylaurens Castle offer great options for day trips, while outdoor enthusiasts will find a wide range of activities, from hiking and Fishing on the Aude River to whitewater sports. It’s the perfect getaway to recharge or work remotely in the great outdoors.

This detached bungalow, designed for families and group stays, is entirely on one level. It features:

_A living area that combines a cozy living room with a TV (Netflix access) and a fireplace, along with a dining area—all with direct access to the covered terrace.
_An open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, and several types of coffee makers).
_A laundry room with a second refrigerator-freezer and a washing machine.
Sleeping area, all on the same level:
_Two bedrooms, each with a 140-cm bed,
_One bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a 90-cm bed,
_One suite with a 160-cm bed, its own bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
_A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
_A separate toilet.

The private outdoor areas allow you to fully enjoy the view of the mountains. The enclosed garden features an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, ideal for convivial summer meals, with several options for outdoor seating.
The private Piscine, secured by an alarm, measures approximately 10 x 3.5 m, with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2 m, and is open from May through the end of September, weather permitting.
