A large, family-run Holiday cottage in the heart of the Lauragais region, halfway between Toulouse and Castelnaudary, where you'll enjoy a natural environment, rich in gastronomy and cultural attractions.

Near the Holiday cottage, Castelnaudary, the world capital of Cassoulet, the Canal du Midi just a few kilometers away, with the watershed at the Naurouze threshold, Mirepoix in the neighboring Ariège department, Toulouse and the Cité de L'espace, etc... From the Holiday cottage, you'll enjoy a wide range of hiking and mountain-biking trails. On site, you'll enjoy a private salt-treated swimming pool (4x8m, depth: 1.50m) with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha on the gîte terrace, with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Unenclosed private garden of 3500 m², private parking on the property.

The Holiday cottage comprises, on the ground floor: a large living room/kitchen opening onto a veranda and the garden, separate WC, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and private shower room. Upstairs: mezzanine with sitting area, bathroom with shower, separate WC. 3 bedrooms (2 x 140 beds and 1 x 160 bed), one with private shower room and toilet.
In an adjoining outbuilding, living room/kitchen opening onto a terrace, bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and 1 single bed (90), separate WC, bathroom. First floor: mezzanine with 1 x 90cm bed and 1 x 110cm bed, and a separate bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed.
