Pretty gîte located in a small village in the Corbières maritimes, 30 km from the Mediterranean beaches.
On the road to the Cathar country, whether you are a nature or culture lover, you will find what you are looking for. Many historical sites, such as the castle of Aguilar or the Abbey of Fontfroide are to be discovered, as well as many marked out circuits of VTT and pedestrian excursions at the beginning of the gîte. The town of Narbonne is 36 kms away and Perpignan 40 kms. You will find the first shops in Durban, only 7 kms from the village.
The gîte is located on the first floor of a shed (possibility of storing bicycles), accessible by an outside staircase, and leads to a large terrace of 35m² with garden furniture. During the summer months, you can enjoy the calm and the sunshine on the south-facing terrace to have your meals.
Concerning the composition of the gite, living room-kitchen equipped with a bar, a library. For the night part, 3 bedrooms, one of which opens onto the terrace, with 2 double beds (140cm), and one bedroom with two single beds. A shower room and an independent WC. You have access to a barbecue in the adjoining garden.
A gîte offering you comfort and calm during your stay, not to mention the kindness of your host Marie-Thérèse.
Heating is extra.

4.8/5Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire avec clafoutis et confiture maison en prime! Salle de séjour spacieuse (ne vous fiez pas aux photos qui rendent le lieu plus étroit). Terrasse agréable. Localisation parfaite. je recommande!

5/5Merveilleux accueil de la propriétaire . Nous avons apprécié le délicieux clafoutis maison et les produits du terroir qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée :merci ! Le gîte est agréable et doté, comme son nom l'indique, d'une très jolie terrasse dont nous avons pu profiter, même en ce mois de novembre. Bien situé, dans un village calme, il nous a permis de sillonner cette belle région entre mer et montagne : que de jolis paysages à découvrir !

5/5Accueil très sympathique, proprietaires super sympa, vin, muscat, confiture, miel et clafoutis fait maison à notre arrivée.??
Nous n'avons jamais été aussi bien accueilli.
Le gîte super il y a tout ce qu'il faut, vraiment tout... très bien situé pour un max de repos , détente et promenade...
