In Homps, a charming village in the Minervois region bordering the Canal du Midi, La Belle Éclusière welcomes you for a stay dedicated to relaxation, the good life, and exploration. Here, the canal sets the pace of daily life and naturally invites you to explore on foot or by bike, while the Marina and its Restaurants, located less than 200 meters away, offer a lively and friendly atmosphere. The surrounding area offers numerous outing options, from Lake Jouarres—popular for water sports—to the medieval town of Minerve perched above the gorges, the Abbey of Caunes-Minervois with its red marble, and the Oulibo cooperative, a true authority on olives. More broadly, the city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just a thirty-minute drive away.
This detached house, shared with the owners, charms with its traditional, Countryside atmosphere and is ideal for accommodating up to 12 people. It is particularly suited for cyclists, hikers, and pilgrims on the GR 78 trail along the Pyrenean Piedmont route to Santiago de Compostela, as well as couples seeking tranquility, while also being suitable for group stays. Due to the layout and to ensure comfort and safety, this accommodation is best suited for guests aged 12 and older.
On the ground floor, a bright dining room opens directly onto the garden. Breakfast is served here depending on the season, either indoors or on the terrace, so you can fully enjoy the sunny days.
On the first floor, the living room offers a relaxation area with a library. It opens onto a terrace with a pleasant view of the Canal du Midi, perfect for a moment of rest after a day of exploration.

Vigne du Minervois, on the first floor, an 18 m² room with a 160x200 cm bed, private bathroom and toilet, air-conditioned.
Le Canal de Riquet, on the 2nd floor, a 40 m² family suite consisting of two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with four 90x200 cm beds, plus a large private bathroom and toilet. The room with the twin beds is air-conditioned.
Soleil de l'Aude, on the 2nd floor, a 16 m² room with a 160x200 cm bed, private bathroom, and toilet.

Outside, you have access to a fenced-in shared garden equipped with patio furniture, as well as a pleasant terrace. A shared outdoor pool measuring 5.20 x 5.20 m is available from May 1 to September 30, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Parking is available on the street, with the option to park bicycles and motorcycles inside the property.
