Gîte located on the outskirts of the village of Coustouge, in the heart of the Corbières and Cathar country. Bordered by hillsides and vineyards, it offers a view of the Mediterranean landscape. Landscaped with rockeries and small hedges. Private heated swimming pool from mid-April to October (7X4). Shops 6 km away, beaches 30 min. Syrah: Garden-level gîte with 3 steps up to bedrooms. Living room/kitchen opening onto a covered terrace, and a private area with garden furniture and barbecue area, laundry room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90), adjoining private bathroom (shower-washbasin-WC). Environmentally-friendly cleaning products supplied. Charges included (water + electricity). Bicycles available for a fee.
Pool equipped with approved safety cover. One pet allowed (max. 10 kg) with prior agreement from the owner. Neighboring villas are separated by a fenced-in bank of trees, shrubs, palisades and wicker. To facilitate organization, please let us know the age of your children when booking. End-of-stay cleaning (€40 mandatory) requested on site from the owner. Bed linen included and beds made up on arrival.
