The Holiday cottage opens onto a private terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, with a shared heated swimming pool (dimensions: 10 x 5 m, secured by a fence). Parking on the property. Access to the estate is via a 4 km (approx. 10 min.) carriage road, which leads to the hamlet of 4 houses, including 2 independent Holiday cottages. On-site: pétanque court, 30 km of marked footpaths and walks, small pond with fish and rowing boat 100 m away. Village shops 6 km away.


Ground floor: summer kitchen opening onto terrace. Shower room, separate WC. Second floor: large living room/kitchen with fireplace. Second floor: 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds (90cm), which can be twinned on request, and one bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), 2 of which are bunk beds. Separate shower room and WC. Heating included.
