Merlot : Holiday cottage in duplex comprising on the ground floor an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160/200 and 2 beds 90/200), living room opening onto a private courtyard, shower room and WC. Upstairs: kitchen, dining room opening onto a partly-covered terrace, garden furniture and barbecue area, toilet. Environmentally-friendly cleaning products supplied. Utilities included (water + electricity). Bicycles available at extra charge. Piscine equipped with approved safety cover. Pets allowed up to 10 kg with prior agreement with the owner. Neighboring villas are separated by a fenced-in bank of trees, shrubs, fences and wicker. When booking, please let us know the age of your Kids. End-of-stay cleaning (€40 mandatory) requested from the owner on site. Bed linen included and beds made on arrival.
