The location is ideal for a host of discoveries: Parc Naturel du Haut-Languedoc, Mazamet's impressive Passerelle, Carcassonne's Cité Médiévale, Albi Cathedral, Lastours' Châteaux Cathares, mountain biking trails and many atypical spots for Fishing, Hiking or Swimming. Only 3km from the Holiday cottage, you can swim at the Laprade dam in summer (with lifeguard supervision). In the village, you'll find a grocery store, bar and restaurant.
On site at the Holiday cottage, you'll find a private terrace with garden furniture and a wood-fired barbecue, so you can relax in a peaceful setting where rest and relaxation will be the watchwords of your stay! You can even enjoy the mosquito-free terrace in the evening. A large, equally private outdoor area is also at your disposal, so let yourself be guided along the forest paths right next to the Holiday cottage, which make this place so unique. You can park your car in front of the Holiday cottage, which is also equipped with a secure gate. Possibility of loaning 4 bicycles.
This single-storey Holiday cottage comprises a living room with a sitting area (sofas and TV), a wood-burning stove (wood supplied) and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen and dining table. A first bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be joined together to make a king-size bed, and a second bedroom with two 90cm single beds, each with its own storage space. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC with washbasin. The entrance hall features a laundry area with washing machine. Sheets and towels, cleaning service and firewood (1/2 stere of wood) are optional extras. Electric heating for the rest of the house. A large part of the grounds is fenced.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le gîte de Mme Domps dans les montagnes noires que nous découvrions.
Le gîte est bien conçu, confortable avec plein de petites attentions de la propriétaire. Nous nous sommes chauffés uniquement avec le poêle. Pour les courses c'est pas tout prêt mais quand on bouge tous les jours ce n'est pas un problème avec un peu d'organisation. Le pain peut être commandé à la petite épicerie des Martys. Nous vous recommandons le restaurant les 3 fontaines qui est une bonne surprise.- Cleanliness

Mabridi séjour à Les Martys
Excellent séjour dans un endroit calme et reposant, dans un petit village à 790 m.
Gîte totalement indépendant, avec grand terrain, en bordure de bois.
Gîte très agréable, fonctionnel, lumineux, de plain pied.
Avec un gros + pour nous : le poêle à bois très apprécié pour un gîte bien chauffé car je pense que sinon le prix de l'électricité (à régler en fin de séjour) aurait été énorme.
Propriétaire (Madame) très gentille, disponible pour discuter et de bons conseils pour nous, cyclistes.

Cath74380 Une bulle de calme
Nous voulions être au calme tout en étant proches d'activités. Une réussite, dans le joli village des Martys un gîte parfaitement équipé avec beaucoup de goût, rien ne manque pour le confort des locataires. De gentilles attentions de la part de notre hôtesse (oeufs, confiture de figues, bouteille de vin de la région). Nous avons pu profiter pleinement du grand (très grand) jardin arboré et tout près de nombreux chemins de randonnée. Mazamet (musée du catharisme, musée du jouet et bois) et plus loin à St Ferrals les Corbières le musée Spiktri Street Art Universe étonnant.
Amoureux de la nature, adeptes de randonnées, amateurs de visites touristiques, ce gîte est fait pour vous.- Cleanliness

Couple valdoisien Excellent séjour
Gîte spacieux confortable dans un site verdoyant au calme très bien situé pour randonner, se baigner dans les lacs à proximité ou visiter des sites et villages remarquables.
Malgré la température caniculaire le gîte reste frais .
Un grand merci aux propriétaires
très accueillants discrets et aux petits soins notamment à l occasion d un incident mécanique sur notre voiture.
